Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership (MATL)
The MATL is a Masters Program, directed by our very own Pastor, through a combination of intensive and online coursework, with a one-week residency required in Daejeon, South Korea for accreditation purposes.
Designed for the practitioner, yet readily lending itself to those who may desire to pursue an M.Div. or other post-graduate degree, the Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership is a 36-unit interdisciplinary graduate degree program that draws from the rare convergence of three streams— theology, missiology, and biblical counseling—to offer a deep and broad foundation for the development of practical understanding and skill for the Church in the Marketplace.
Gleaning from both Eastern and Western theological traditions, a Biblically-informed understanding of the nature and development of the soul, along with a multicultural approach to the contextualization of truth and praxis in culture, the M.A. in Transformational Leadership provides an authentically Trinitarian grace-based foundation and skill set for those who would disciple not only the head, hands or feet, but also the souls of those God calls them to equip, empower and encourage.
The MATL is taught through a combination of intensive and online coursework, with a one-week residency required in Daejeon, South Korea for accreditation purposes. The program cost of $15,000 (USD) for this accredited MATL program, while not including textbooks, does include registration, tuition, and the travel and hosting cost for the required one-week intensive coursework.
The MATL was developed in cooperation with Asia Life University (Daejeon, ROK), an accredited Foursquare graduate seminary (South Korea Ministry of Education and the Asia Theological Association), Life Pacific College (San Dimas, CA) which hosts the online courses, and Ho'onunui, Inc.: a 501(c)3 organization formed for the purpose of Christian leadership development and education.
